WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you access a website or application. They allow us to recognise your browser and remember information about your session or preferences. We also use browser storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage) for in-session state management.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand Platform usage and improve it. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymised. Individual users are not tracked or identified. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. These require your consent and can be disabled at any time.

BROWSER STORAGE

5.1 sessionStorage

Used for temporary in-session state such as partially completed forms and draft data. Automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. Never transmitted to any third party.

5.2 localStorage

Used to store persistent UI preferences such as selected theme or dashboard layout. We do not store authentication tokens or sensitive data in localStorage. Clear at any time via your browser settings.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Only the following third-party services may set cookies on the Platform:

Stripe — secure payment processing cookies when accessing billing sections. Subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
Support chat — if enabled, session cookies to maintain support conversation. Strictly functional.

We do not use any advertising networks, social media pixels, or analytics platforms that set their own tracking cookies. If we introduce new third-party tools in future we will update this Policy and re-seek consent where required.

REGIONAL APPLICABILITY

This Policy applies globally. For EU users, our practices comply with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. For users in Africa, the Middle East, and all other regions, we apply the same privacy-first standards regardless of whether local law mandates the same level of protection.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
